3 of my FAVORITE people

This picture cracks me up! My two cousins on the right have my beautiful godmother all worked up...she just wanted a picture with her girls and they were feeling a little feisty.

I have this picture on my desktop at home and on my wall at work...that's how much joy I find in this picture lol. Don't you just love a picture that can make you smile every time you see it?! Thanks girls!!

My Boo Boo Bear

Sigh...my Boo Bear turned 8 this past week! Eight people!...where has the time gone?! Seriously. She is more than anything I could have imagined she would be like at 8...she's smart, kind, loving, curious, an endless dreamer, sensitive, funny and so many more things. Just yesterday she told me that when she grows up she wants to be a horse trainer, singer, or animal rescuer...the skies the limit!

I thought that I would share just one picture of my special girl...one picture that speaks a thousands words. I know that 20 years from now I will look at this picture and be flooded with memories of this moment in time...it speaks volumes to me.

Happy Birthday Boo Boo Bear!!

The Nanner!!!

AKA the new and improved Nanny! Check her out! She just got new glasses and she is lookin’ pretty FIERCE and FABULOUS…and she knows it too!

She’s looking for a hot date…well…she may not be looking, but I’m looking for her…without her knowledge…until now…sorry Nanny, but you need to get there on the town! I’m not kidding!!! If you have someone in mind to take this feisty one out on a date please call….HA HA just kidding! But seriously…if you know someone…email me! ;0)

Soon, very soon I will be blogging about our trip to Kansas for Easter. It was a blast! Just to give you an idea of how hard it was to leave take a look.

You see that handsome duo, the little feller in the front is Lil Khevey and that’s Corgan behind him. Although, he’s not so little anymore so I have officially renamed him my Big Brown Eyed Khevey or…Khevey, for short. He is a doll! First of all look at those BIG brown eyes…he’s going to be a heartbreaker with those eyes!

Of course we enjoyed ALL of our other family too!!! More about the Kansas trip coming right up…

Daysia's Birthday!

Daysia’s birthday was a blast! It was one of my favorite parties for her, to date. Friends and family helped to make Daysia’s party a rockin’ rollin’ good time….get it…rockin’ rollin…roller skating party…never mind! Lol! Daysia even got a new pair of skates for her birthday from Gene and Paisley. But they weren’t just any pair of roller skates…they were light up wheels, with big purple pom poms and a bell roller skates! I told Gene that she now had the Cadillac of roller skates lol! It was easy to spot Daysia on the rink floor skating with her light up wheels.

The cake. It tasted good. But things did not go according to plan. I had a slight melt down…slight panic attack…thank god Nanny came to the rescue. It was only two layers…which Daysia was okay with. The cake started off great, it got tricky when I attempted to pipe the cake with the purple frosting, which was frozen. Frozen because I wanted to firm it up so that it would pipe nicely…that would have worked IF I hadn’t forgotten to take it out of the freezer 15 minutes before leaving for the party. Yeah, 15 minutes! Let’s just say that the frosting didn’t microwave very well. LOL! It was a disaster. Seriously. Thank god Nanny was there! She suggested we cover the cake in sprinkles. Genius! Seriously. So the cake didn’t turn out exactly as planned but it looked cute and Daysia liked the cake…that’s all that really matters.

Here are so pictures from the partay! Yes the partay…not party!

Gene and Paisley (Gene's mom is in the background) from Brooklyn!

Guess who else skated!?!?!?

It was killing Corgan NOT to skate! I couldn't believe they had skates small enough for him. He LOVED to skate!!!! Look how confident he is...seriously!

Okay now he's just showing off!!

Look no hands!

Big winner! It's amazing how many tickets you get and how little the prizes are! Bummer!!

Check out her skates!! I think her knee high zebra socks complemented them very well!

We had a blast! Daysia is still talking about the party! Daysia received free skating passes for her birthday...so there are skating adventures to come!

Love~
